Feature Project

The property was in a very poor state of repair which required extensive structural repair work and a large proportion of the rear of the house was rebuilt and extended.

The existing roof was totally removed and reformed.

The external render had failed and been patched up over the years. It was decided to remove the render and reapply a through coloured render.

All external walls were dry-lined to make the building thermally efficient.

We worked very closely with the client throughout the build to achieve their dream home.
